Aamir Khan surprises everyone by losing his weight!

As we all know Bollywood industry going to release new movie Dangal. In which superstar Aamir Khan is in the main lead role. In the movie Dangal, Aamir Khan is playing a role of wrestler champion for which he has to transform his body shape.

By the Aamir Khan’s Dangal transform change people were shocked when they see to Aamir Khan and asked Aamir Khan how he changed his body? Aamir Khan gave them a typical explanation with a warning! Don’t try it at home.Aamir Khan surprises everyone by losing his weight!

As we always see that Aamir Khan change his body according to the roles of the movie. He always did changes  to give a better performance. However, people were surprised to see the video of Aamir Khan in which he is losing around 27 kg in five months. Aamir Khan said he gained a weight of approximate 27 kg to play a role of older Mahavir Phogat, but he didn’t lose 27 kg.

A journalist asked Aamir Khan that it is difficult for a 50-year-old man to lose weight, Aamir Khan gave him an explanation. “If anyone wants to lose weight, basically he has to work on his calories. A person can easily spend 2000 calories without doing any workout. If I want to lose weight, especially fat, I have to follow a proper diet. When I was losing my weight, I take a food of 1500 calories and spend 2000 calories. So 500 calories lose in 1 day, in the same way, 3500 calories which make 1 pound”.Aamir Khan surprises everyone by losing his weight!

“If I lose 500 calories per day, I will lose 1 pound in a day because of the loss of 3500 calories makes a pound. If I lose 1000 calories per day, then I will lose 2 pounds in a week. Losing 1-2 pounds in a week is a good process for losing weight”.

He also said he has to lose weight fast so he has on 2000 calories per day for the first three weeks. I lose around 6 kilos (13.2 pounds) in three weeks. I never recommend anyone to lose a calorie 2000 per day”.

The actor loses 1000 calorie per day, which means 1 kg per week. He could lose 20 kg in five months. At the end, he can end up losing 15-17 kg.
